What a great place to stop! Fun gifts from North Dakota, Caribou Coffee, Subway, and clean restrooms. We will definitely stop here again when traveling through.
One of the best gas stations we've stopped on our trip. Everything was very clean, including the bathrooms. We saw someone cleaning the showers also. The gas station had a really nice variety of food. They also had different food options like pizza hut, subway, and caribou coffee. They had a variety of household items for sale for campers, personal, and auto care. They also had cute gifts and clothes available for purchase. Overall, very nice and would highly recommend.
I’m a trucker that has been to The Coffee Cup a couple times within the last month or so and every time I have decided to stop and fill up, I have experienced nothing but horrible and racist customer service. I typically come in around 1pm and usually, it’s always a little busy, which I don’t mind because I’m never really in a rush. I’ve always noticed that I’m not handled with the same care or with the same enthusiasm as other customers in front of me (which happens to be white).
Great stop if your there during day hours. If your there during "trucking" hours and are looking for breakfast after spending 100's of dollars you will only walk away mad. This fuel stop will not have anything to eat during the night. Ive been there at 5:00 a.m. and still couldnt get a warm breakfast. I find this sad and lazy. I will no longer waste my time stopping there.
I am completely shocked and disappointed that an establishment, such as yours, would ever employ someone with absolutely no morals, values and would degrade people because they’re different. I will never step foot into another Coffee Cup.
My change is being thrown back to me, literally, no direct eye contact and they barely speak to me, when just with the other customers that were ahead of me, received nothing but warm service. What topped everything off, as I was walking away, the cashier said a racial slur and proceeded to laugh, thinking I wouldn’t hear her.
Great Place! Plenty of parking for trucks. Has a great coffee shop that is sort of like Starbucks, great atmosphere! Has Pizza Hut and Subway, a place to sit and enjoy your meal or coffee. And also free internet which most Truck Stops and Travel Plazas fail to provide. Clean bathrooms always a plus. I really recommend this place.
