Have to bundle a phone and Internet package ... Just to get internet. 42 for phone 85 for Internet .....

It doesn't make sense that you also have to pay for phone service, just to get internet... While the actual internet itself isn't horrible, I would expect more from this company. I would switch companies, but sadly, there are no other good companies at are local, as Century Link and Midco are both trash.
They offer a great product & service is very good
They installed a cable going into my cinder block and busted the brick out. They said they would fix it but didn't. Water leaked into the line they installed and molded my whole basement wall! This company still has done nothing to fix my busted foundation. If you can get by without bek you should!!
It's a shame we do not have another option for Internet, phone and cable. Very disappointed in this local company. If I could give less than 1 star I would have. Sadly we do not have much else for choices in south central ND.
